Flood of The Cybernetic State

An interesting paper that possibly heralds the arrival and establishment of the Cybernetic State and the authors have chosen a rather peculiar phrase for it - agentic flooding. They look at multiple jurisdictions from Australia to Japan but curiously omit the GCC where perhaps the flood is most severe.

A fascinating paper nonetheless
